a\u00f1os 2022 y 2023, llevamos a cabo un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n colaborativa que articul\u00f3 actores comunitarios, organizativos e institucionales vinculados al proceso de retorno colectivo en la vereda El Congal, ubicada en Saman\u00e1, Caldas. Esta comunidad sufri\u00f3 graves violaciones a sus derechos durante el conflicto armado que afect\u00f3 la regi\u00f3n en los a\u00f1os 90 y principios de los 2000. Entre estos hechos destaca el desplazamiento forzado del 19 de enero de 2002, tras una incursi\u00f3n paramilitar.<\/div><div><span style=\"font-size: 0.9em;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div><div>El retorno al territorio comenz\u00f3 en 2013, cuando las familias campesinas decidieron regresar e iniciar la reconstrucci\u00f3n de su vereda.
